How to Do Anulom–Vilom:

1️⃣ Sit straight in a comfortable position  or Padmasana 
2️⃣ Close your right nostril with your thumb 
3️⃣ Inhale slowly through the left nostril 
4️⃣ Close the left nostril and exhale through the right 
5️⃣ Inhale through the right nostril 
6️⃣ Exhale through the left nostril

Do it every morning on an empty stomach
